This older theater is located a touch past the historical center of Seattle. Closer to the financial district, however, do not let that fool you into thinking the theater is anything less than historical or anything less than an... experience
Formerly known as the 5th Avenue Theater, it was purchased several years ago by Drystan Emrys, an entrepreneur of sorts. He quickly did away with the cheesy musical numbers the floundering theater had been known for and replaced the repertoire with something a bit more... spectacular, a bit more a show than anything of the typical theater definition. The theater is known for it's extravagant architecture and shows that always seem a bit unexplainable. Of course that is just part of the mystery and the draw. Not advertised as a family affair, the shows are often dark... but always guaranteed to stir the senses. Always leaving one satisfied.
Showtimes: T-Th @ 8pm F-Sat @ 8pm & Midnight
Tickets can be pricey depending on how much one wants to sit in the lap of luxury... sometimes literally. If you know the right people and have enough funds, all things are possible.
Seating Chart. Private boxes available for rent line the sides of the theater, all with an excellent view. Inquire with the owner for rental information.
